Fun and relaxing vacation

Sail Date: March 12, 2007

Room Type: Inside

The ship is a perfect vacation. It puts all the qualities of a good getaway in one place: shows, clubs, casino, spa, buffets, miniature golf, pools, jacuzzis, bars, and relaxing lounges. All the staff are super friendly, always greeting you and asking how you are doing. All the food was delicious, and it's like being able to eat out every night. And you're also able to get mutliple entrees or courses: e.g., get the prime rib and lobster or cheesecake and chocolate souffle. The ship also has a variety of activities to suit everyone: comedy shows, karaoke, pingpong, children's activities, bingo, trivia, fun competitions.

Pros: All the entertainment and food offered

Recommends Carnival Paradise? Yes!

Catalina Island, California
Beautiful area to walk around
Ensenada, Mexico
The excursion "Taste of Mexico" was pretty good. You learn how to cook several Mexican dishes and learn some dance moves at one of the restaurants, get a short guided bus tour to a few Ensenada landmarks, and time to shop along the main streets. The main city has mainly tourist shops. You'll have to go outside the main city to see more scenic stuff like nice beaches.
