The cruise was great after a 17 month Covid period

This time we did not spend a lot of time on shore. very hot and humid this time of year. We will be back on the New Year’s Eve cruise same ship.

Not our first cruise, but most likely our first and last with Carnival. We feel as though we get more for our money with other lines. We paid just as much for this cruise as we do with other lines. Our overall experience with Carnival however was not as good as their competitors.

One the whole, this one does have to rate as the worst cruise of the 18 I've taken. The stress of the covid tests, plane delays, boarding delays, multiple itinerary changes from the hurricane, lackluster food all conspired against me. I know that this is not all Carnival's fault; but this is all the reality of the current experience for many. I will try again in a couple of months and hope for better.

This was a very interesting cruise to say the least. We got it cut short by a day which I feel had a huge effect on my overall enjoyment. This cruise was in beginning of March and 4 out of 6 days were cold. This may have to due with switching the order of the ports and going to PV first and skipping Mazatlan. Loved both ports and would definitely recommend. Staff was great and very friendly overall. Service and overall food quality has gone way downhill in the MDR. Most nights my water was empty and they forgot something on my order. The food size seems smaller and they cut things out like limes on the shrimp cocktail. Food was mostly served lukewarm. Still love Carnival and had an amazing time. Staff was great, entertainment was great, ship was great. We got to see quite a few whales which is spectacular. Would recommend this ship and cruise but would proably be more enjoyable in the late spring or summer.

We had a fabulous time. The crew was wonderful and took great care of us. Very clean.

Overall we enjoyed the cruise. It was a crazy week across the US, which made things a bit nerve wracking! Nevertheless, we took full advantage of being in such a clean environment with great people and great food! Our ports were cut short which was disappointing but we made the best of it!

Very relaxing, nice staff, good food, wish we could of done all three islands,but we understand. Thank you for everything ❤️

The weather sucked, but the ship was beautiful, the food and service was exceptional and we had a really good time.

Cruise was good. Got an extra day cause could not disembark. Lost 1 night stay and theme park tickets for 8. But had more time with Family as this was a Family reunion cruise.

We liked cruising to the ports of Mexico, but this is the second time we have not enjoyed Carnival. Purchasing a Grand Suite, we thought we would receive more perks based on the upgrade. Also, we were not told that we could have boarded earlier than 1:30 which was listed on our boarding passes. The food in the Marketplace buffet should have been of better quality and offer more variety. Having staff serve the plates should have been done the entire cruise instead of after the one day delay as well as requiring hand sanitizing.

This ship holds a over 4000 guests. We didn't experience any long lines. Plan on having fun and I reccomend exploring your specialty dining options.

Overall the trip was great. Everyone had so much fun. You could tell there was a lot of effort put in by the "fun squad" to ensure guests were enjoying themselves. There were two separate medical emergencies which required returning to ports. Both times things were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The serenity deck got quite crowded on sea days. But walking around deck 5, you could normally find a quiet spot to enjoy.

Overall, a very fun vacation. Never a dull moment on the ship, our cruise director Emma and her fun squad was awesome and made everything enjoyable. There was lots of activities on the ship, we did the Sky ride, ropes course, trivia, karaoke and the brewery tour ($) All the crew were very nice and helpful with every request and questions. I would come back to this ship again in the future, and also follow where CD Emma is cruising next!

It was my birthday cruise, had a blast. Enjoyed all 3 ports. Will definitely do this itinerary again. If only you could sail from Florida to these ports, I will go more often.

The on boarding was very efficient and smooth. Rooms were clean, entertainment was very good and we enjoyed the variety. The entertainment varied to accommodate all ages on the ship including the music and themes. The food was good however the buffet options were much less than our previous cruise experience on a competitors ship, but we were still satisfied. The staff and cruise director was fantastic and we will book another cruise on this ship

Had a great time. Your room steward was amazing. Some nights is was a little loud with the outside door making noise. No to bad.

Been on this itinerary a few times. Now bored with it and won't do it again. Picked to try Carnival Panorama and port upgrade.

We had a great time for our very first west coast cruise, took about a good two days to adjust to the time changes.
