Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Horizon dining was enjoyable, waiters and staff attentive. A special shout out to Team Lead Server Alejandro and Lead Server Mark for their personal touch and energy.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Our group participated in many child (pool, ropes course, water slide, kids camp) and adult (comedy club, Liquid Lounge shows, casino, shopping, massage) onboard ship activities.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
We enjoyed ship stage shows we attended but wanted more. The Celestial Strings show was obscure overshadowing talent, energy and music

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
The children enjoyed kid’s club and participated several times

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cruise Director Rainier was awesome! Shout out to our Room Steward Arnel! He was polite, attentive, pleasant and timely. Arnel was readily available and served us as his priority.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The Panarama was clean and well- maintained. Some of the amenities were showing wear in Sports Zone- shuffleboard, soccer pool, some work out stations.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Room size was adequate, comfortable, clean, well maintained. We liked the sleeping pillows. Had trouble with room safe malfunction that was remedied in a timely manner with a battery replacement.

Ship tip

Get in your steps, use the stairs!

Ports of call

Long Beach (Los Angeles), California Did not visit port

Embarkation/disembarkation only

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Majahuitas Beach excursion was enjoyable

Mazatlan, Mexico

4 out of 5
Salsa and Salsa, time spent making salsa too long. Pool and beach enjoyable

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

4 out of 5
Boat tour was enjoyable, scenic but too quick.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Low point of cruise, disembarkation was slow and a log jam at the front elevators. Needed staff to keep stairs and elevator access clear for departing passengers only.
