Very disappointing food in the marketplace was barely warm. I would expect hot food to be hot. Not a big selection. Dinning rooms are mostly pay extra anywhere from 40 to 60 dollars a person extra and the food was just so so. No longer do you have a choice to order room service the night before to have coffee when you wake up, need to order that day and wait 40 minutes

The Stewart for our room was excellent the restaurants employees seemed over work same with the employees attending to the outdoor areas. It was hard to get service in the pool area

Pick a different cruise line. Carnival seems to nickel and dime you for anything that use to be included that made the cruise relaxing

I just want first timers that are reading this to know a couple of things. I was on this same cruise at the same time. It was wonderful and the food was delicious and we were all how delicious everything was. There is no "nickel and diming" done that wasn't done before. Never were alcoholic drinks included, never were pictures free, never was the internet free, never was the bingo free. Although it is true that you could once get a sandwich and a couple of other things ordered to your room that was free, that is no longer an option. HOWEVER, you can still pre-order a continental breakfast the day before to have delivered to your room which can include coffee. The difference is that they tell you that you have to call it in instead of checking it on a piece of paper and hanging it on your door. I do miss this. There is no dock for Cabo. You take a little boat to land and there's all kind of things there. I wouldn't call where you dock at Mazatlan shady until you get to the shopping center because it is a dock not a neighborhood. You take a little tram from the ship to the shopping center because it's a big industrial dock. It certainly isn't instantly appealing as it is in Cabo. I never paid extra for a meal once and at the restaurant every night.

So sorry you had a less then perfect vacation. We are going on the Panorama in August, and This is our first cruise outside the Caribbean. We are so excited. Anyways thanks for your review.

I'm sorry but you don't dock in Cabo. It's a tender port and you are dropped off at the marina where there's lot's to see, do and lot's of people asking to take you somewhere. Not sure what you're talking about.
