Review summary

Had a great time. This was our 3 time on Panorama

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was great. There were lines outside the terminal, but those were caused by people ignoring the correspondence sent out warning people to adjust their arrival times. Priority boarding went smoothly.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was great, decent selection and service was always on point.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Plenty to keep yourself busy. The one downside was the pools being closed because someone allowed their child into the slide area without being toilet trained. This is completely on the parents and their lack of consideration for other. Not Carnivals fault.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Chris Williams (The Flying Scotsman) was the best cruise director I have ever experienced. His show was absolutely incredible. He really brought the energy to this cruise. Loved every moment. The rest of the entertainment staff shared a similar energy.

Children's Programs

5 out of 5
As always the Camp Ocean staff did a great job. There were many kids on this sailing and the staff seemed to handle it well.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Staff was very kind and helpful. I had an issue and it was quickly resolved.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Very clean. I didn’t notice any wear.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Very clean and everything (other than the door lock)was In working order. Minibar seemed to keep the drinks cool. The door lock has issues. But when you knew that it must be pulled harder it worked well.

Ship tip

Arrive at your chosen appointment time on time not earlier. Avoid peak times when dining. Lines can get long. Either eat early or later than the peak times.

Ports of call

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5

Mazatlan, Mexico

5 out of 5
Loved Stone island. One of the most relaxing beaches we have gone to.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

4 out of 5
So much to do. Not enough time to do it in.

Disembarkation

3 out of 5
Not my best debarkation experience. Lines were quite long. Probably because the passengers disregarded their zones.
