Review summary

Ok cruise nice ship staff just needs to know it better to help cruisers!

Embarkation

Even with lateness of porting from previous cruise embarkation was quick and ahead of stated embarkation time.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Dining staff in Vista at table 210 were fabulous. Edwin and his partner servers couldn’t do enough for us. Cared for adults as well as the children that were with us. The food in dining room was average and tasty mostly. The Marketplace was too redundant at breakfast. Cicinco for lunch was great but servers there were only minimal.

Onboard Activities

Great unusual shows but good talent.

Service and Staff

Waiters in main dining room were fabulous! Our steward Panca served our every need! But guest services, shop clerks and cruise director staff didn’t know where things were on the ship and were not helpful. Real disappointment!!

The problem worldwide with cruise ships, is the fact that MANY of the employees were brought on board with no prior experience. These cruise ships permanently lost all their staff in 2020 and only a few started back up in 2021-2022. Now all of them back up running all at the same time. They're playing catch up. I know past cruise crew members, very good ones and they have regular jobs now as no way for them to wait around to retain their old jobs back. It will certainly take some time to get the crew they once had.
