While it looked very intimidating from outside with what appeared to be long lines and big crowds, carnival had lines set up for different check in times and lots of staff out there making sure people were using the correct lines. Once inside, went by fast and quickly to get you on the ship

While there was plenty to do for most kids, we had a 11 month old (that we paid full price for) and the activity pool says “FUN has no age limit” found it funny that it does because babies are not allowed in any water areas unless fully potty trained, not even swim diapers

Entertainment staff was AMAZING. Guest relations staff was horrible. Don’t make eye contact and just nods. No sympathy or corrective actions given
