This was our first cruise. We vacation every year in Mexico at all-inclusive resorts so we were unsure if we would enjoy this. We were very pleased with the Carnival experience and will consider cruising again in the future.

Food was excellent. We dined in Vista dining room every night as a large family of 11 people. We had great service with three waiters that were especially good. Thumbs up for Gavin, Carlo, and Rahmat. Lunch most days in the Marketplace buffet. Food was great. My wife and I really enjoyed sitting in the Atrium area having a drink before dinner while listening to the violinists.

We participated in many of the trivia and games, watched the cooking show and karaoke, and enjoyed the Serenity deck.

We watched the Christmas performance and the Broadway music show. Both were great!

Our housekeeping team did amazing work. We always enjoyed coming back to a clean cabin after dinner.
Ship Quality

Everything was kept exceptionally clean. Probably the only box this cruise didn't check for us was the pool amenity. Pools were very small and always packed with kids.
Cabin / Stateroom

Surprisingly spacious based on what were were expecting. We had family in rooms without window and balcony and would never choose that. It was always very clean. Plug ins by the bed for CPAP would have been convenient.

Really enjoyed the Sea Adventure with snorkeling, horseback riding, and beach. Our guide Angel was awesome! Only feedback we had was the 30 minute wait in Yelapo made us free game for all the locals trying to sell things.
