Review summary

My very first cruise was awesome! I had a clogged toilet for a few hours and no ajustable temperature on the shower on my first night, which was fixed the next day. Also had a little smoke with some noise issue right outside of my room in the middle of the night. I was woken up by a crew member who was checking to see if I was okay. It disturbed my sleep for a few hours as a few crew members were working on the situation. The lack of sleep made me a little tired for the next day’s excursion. I wish I didn’t have those issues, but the other experiences made my trip very enjoyable.

I could find some food I like in buffets. The main dining room’s foods are okay. We enjoyed JiJi, so we went there for three times. The famous burger could be better if it was hot.

all the waiters were very nice. They are all hardworking people. Wayan and his coworker were so nice. I wish I can name them all. Robby took care of my room nicely. Sympaty from Spa gave me a wonderful massage! She’s kind and friendly! Wish she’s my regular masseuse. Basavaraj Katti from the fitness center was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me lots of good suggestions and attentive service. I started enjoying good feet that he recommended me and the 3 sessions to loosen my tight muscles. It really helped me to relax! I’ll try the product that he recommended to improve my health. I’m looking forward to seeing the results. Never expected to get that kind of service on the ship. He’s awesome!!!

I enjoyed the ship! I think all areas were kept very clean. Wish the pool is little big bigger and there are more hot tubs available.
