Second time with this cruise 🚢 line and I’m pretty pleased especially with how the captain and crew kept us updated and safe from hurricanes path!

The process took just a little under an hour for us. The VeriFLY app was helpful and made it quick. Been to this terminal before and don’t recall it being so hot and humid inside, no sure if they were trying to conserve energy but I worried for some of the elderly people and small children in line.

The Buffet, Guys burgers and Horizon were our main go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Staff always busy cleaning up with great customer service! Would suggest more variety of buffet breakfast options for main dishes other than eggs Benedict, eggs, ham and potatoes- felt like they served that every morning.

Lots of options for sure but due to the weather lot of outdoor activities were closed.
Entertainment

More shows for sure, maybe they are still adjusting the entertainment schedule.
Havana Bar had a great Latin band, Ocean Plaza we listened to Six on the Beach, Piano Bar awesome pianist, Rock show was great!
Saw Roman the comedian (funny)heard we were going to pick up more comedians at Puerto Vallarta but we didn’t port there.
Also Bingo was fun but little too expensive.

Room 8265 Our room steward Kutut was awesome! He came knocking on our door the first day to introduce himself to us asked if we needed anything. Room was always clean and had plenty of supplies- toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, etc.
Ship Quality

Always saw staff members cleaning up and even in the casino. Only one night (when the ship was really rocking bad) I saw a lot of dirty dishes in the hallways. Beautiful ship!
Cabin / Stateroom

No complaints - Room steward Kutut was very friendly and everything was always clean.
Ship tip
Buy any of the packages early like internet and drinks… it does add up!
Ugh too many people trying to hustle and interrupting when trying to have a nice sit down meal by the marina…. I was annoyed but it was really hot and humid 🤷🏻‍♀️
