This was horrible!! The staff seemed perplexed at why it was so long . . . be prepared to wait. In the sun. No place to sit. That added a little stress to the start of our trip.

This part was wonderful. If you don't prefer the sit down dining room - it's the same thing almost in the buffet. BUT the dining room is part of the experience!! Take advantage of it.

Don't believe the "all inclusive" idea. There are many $$ options once you are on board.
Didn't pre-purchase an excursion for us (the rest of our group did) BUT there are a lot of taxis/transportation options there. There is also a shopping mall & walmart within walking distance - across the street!!
The dolphin things are at a water park and it's very good!
We purchased an excursion here. There's port stores on site that are actually really good. The actual place to disembark is ugly - but there are trams to take you to the little stores.
