Review summary

Changes made and something’s we didn’t know to do. We are platinum members and usually receive complementary bottles of water I didn’t realize that we had to go pick up our own until after 3 days.

Very nice and accommodating. Maverick was exceptionally nice and helpful. He worked in the jewelry store. Carnival needs to keep him.

Great. Our stateroom had a dirty refrigerator and it never worked. Reported it and they did clean it but that was it
