Review summary

Gold Stars to: Sutarjo - excellent stateroom attendant; Mirosipv Felix and everyone at the Stake House. I am not sure I got the name right but it was service I will never forget. Attentive, friendly, happy and I just cant give enough praise. Joannalie Housekeeping Attendant - she was busy doing her job but took time to help us and really listen and talk to us. She went out of her way to make sure we felt like VIP's and we were the most important people on the ship.

Cleanliness was definitely not a problem but the new elevator system is HORRIBLE!!! The new way the rooms are set up for comedy shows and productions is AWFUL - who wants to sit on those removeable chairs? Half the time, I couldnt even see the production because there were props in the way. If I were to recommend a cruise it would be on one of the older ships that did not have the "new" design.

Ship tip

For some reason Carnival has started to nickel & dime passengers. $4 for a small popcorn on movie night??? Skip the extras, they will just frustrate you.

getting a shuttle is like a stamped. One little girl next to me kept telling her mom she was afraid. The pushing and shoving was terrifying so we just got back on the ship

BEST disembarkation EVER!!! The way this Captain arranged it was OMG sooo fabulous. It was easy, fast, relaxing and just the BEST EVER!!!

Appreciate your feedback. I totally agree about the sitting situation on this class of ship! We discovered it’s better to sit in the balcony section. Glad you mostly enjoyed your cruise.
