It was wonderful! Stage shows a must see! Electric Violin musicians were fantastic and so beautiful to listen to, food was fantastic and most of all the staff was friendly, helpful and made this a special vacation

Dancing was the bomb (with Emma), sun decks, the shows were fantastic! We did the rope course, dodge ball, life size chess, bikes!

The staff did an absolutely wonderful job! This wouldn’t have been such a nice vacation if it weren’t for all of the staff! They work so hard!

Common areas were well maintained , we were in the family Harbor area and the hallway carpets needed vacuumed a little more. I didn’t like seeing dirty diapers and dishes in the hallway

Was perfect! I Wayan did a wonderful job keeping our cabin clean and smelling so good! We just loved the towel animals we had every day!
Jeep excursion
While I liked this excursion and saw much of the real side of Puerto Vallarta, I was exhausted by the end of the day and disappointed that the beach they took us to we could not relax on the beach but had to sit in chairs until our time to go. No place to enjoy the beach! Very disappointed. Felt they just wanted to get us there to sell us drinks! Also had to buy water to go with our lunch! That should be included with the trip at stops or should be posted to bring your own
We enjoyed the Electric Violins also, Every thing perfect, except we thought volume was a little too loud....the performance at the Atrium Bar was perfection...Songs and all!
