Would go on the Panorama again with a different itinerary. The spa itself is great and I had several wonderful treatments - a facial, two massages, pedicure, etc. My daughter loved Club O2 and the Air Zone. Missed having the art gallery on board. The cruise director Emma was very entertaining.
Embarkation

Very organized embarkation and disembarkation.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Guys Burgers are the bomb. Great steaks in the dining room. The signature melting cake is a great ending to a meal. The Chocolate Extravaganza on the Panorama is not very extravagant. Drinks are not made according to menu description - a pet peeve. I don't drink to get drunk, I like my drink to actually taste good.
Onboard Activities

The thermal spa was messy and over crowded everyday. My daughter really enjoyed the teen club. The Panorama does not have an art gallery which I missed.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The comedians were very funny. The group that plays in the atrium uses electric violins and they were amazing. The shows were enjoyable too.
Children's Programs

Ship Quality

Common areas were very clean. Thermal spa not so much.
Cabin / Stateroom

Loved this spa cabin at the very front of the ship - would book it again.
Ship tip
If you like to spa, go to the Ladies Pamper Parties. The specials offered at the end are great deals.
Did not like Mazatlan. We chose the hop on hop off bus to get around town. There were safety concerns. It is obviously a very poor area of Mexico. Beach reminds me of Galveston as opposed to the Caribbean.
PV is a very pretty area. Beautiful beach. We bought all inclusive day passes directly from the Sunscape resort. The food and drinks were good. Really nice pool. Seems like a beautiful resort. We Uber'd in PV without a problem.
Thanks for your review! We have a spa balcony booked for Aug. Hopefully the spa will be cleaner and less crowded by then. We loved the thermal suites on the Dream so much, which were never crowded, that instead of the weeklong pass, we booked the spa cabin to be closer. Looks like the word got out as to how relaxing they can be. I hope it still allows people to feel relaxed, though!
