Review summary

We didn’t visit the water works area of the ship or the pool areas. Had great customer service when requested. Our cabin stewards were great and the dining staff was very efficient. Kudos to the staff at Lido for doing the best job possible in cleaning tables and keeping food areas impeccable.

This cabin was great for the second sailing. We had 6350 on first sailing, it is a little noisy location

Ship tip

Emma the cruise director is unique. The military gathering was great, I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Duffy and thank her for the program for military families.

No. Not well prepared for large amount of back to back to cruises, it was really messy and too much time wasted. Our luggage was misplaced for the whole day within the ship, transferring from deck 6 to 9.
