Review summary

I enjoyed it very much. The Xmas cruises are really fun and everyone was in the holiday spirit. It was sooo exciting to experience cruising on a brand new ship!!! I wish I knew about the ugly sweater dress up night so I could have brought mine. I loved Emma, the cruise director!!!

Embarkation

4 out of 5
For the amount of people boarding the ship, the wait went quickly and smooth.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
All the entertainment was great but the Comedy performers not so funny. Some of the comedians repeated their same jokes on other days.

Children's Programs

We had no kids traveling with us.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Staff not so interactive with the passengers. They seem a little shy but everyone was courteous.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was absolutely beautiful! Layout and design was done perfectly. Ship was ALWAYS sooo clean!

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
The room was absolutely beautiful! Very very large and roomy. LOVE the 2 bathrooms! LOVE all the shelves in each of the bathroom and vanity. The bed was sooo comfy and the room was always clean! I took away one star because there was a knocking, and a screeching noise. Sounded like something was rubbing against the ship and sometimes it sounded like something was rolling back and forth on the floor. So it was hard getting to sleep some nights. We told our cabin steward the 2nd day on board about the noises but it continued almost everyday. There was a supply room next to our room so not sure if it came from there.

Ship tip

Pick your boarding time right away or else you will get stuck with the last time slot. Get to the shows 45’ early if you want a good seat. Book your specialty restaurants as soon as you book your cruise because they fill up fast. Try the Filet Minon in the main dining room. It was sooo good! Try Guys burger joint!
