Cruise would have been close to perfect if it weren't for the issues with our cards and the service we received at Guest Services due to the card issues.

Everyone except Guest Services was amazing and deserve 5 stars (waiters, steward, bartenders, etc). Ni our room steward and Billy, Sherwan, and Rainier in dining were absolutely amazing and deserve promotions/raises/bonuses!!! I was blown away by their hospitality and service. Guest Services customer service was absolutely horrible. Our cards didn't work and were replaced multiple times creating multiple folios creating a situation where our child was able to spend beyond the limit set. We understand what happened after the fact; however, we were never explained how the limits work with multiple folios. The guest services supervisor told me that it is our fault for having so many folios issued (not by choice, the cards didn't work for payment and credit card linked was verified okay with CC company) and that essentially I was lying about what other guest services employees did or did not tell us by saying "well that's what you say, but I don't know what was actually told to you". I was not asking for a refund or compensation, but didn't even receive an apology. Absolutely put a cloud over the entire cruise due to the hours spent dealing with the card issues and then the horrendous service at Guest Services.
