Review summary

Lots of people got the flu including us. The weather was rocky the whole way and the weather was so bad. We missed two ports of call. We didn't get to see anything. We spent a lot of money on this cruise and Carnival did not reimburse us for anything. We almost stopped cruising because of this cruise.

Thanks for the review

My first thought is to regard this review as a troll post. Seems your real issue was getting sick and missing ports. Someone with your experience cruising should know that ports are subject to change and can be changed for any reason. The cruise line is not obligated to reimburse you per the cruise contract you agree to when booking. Illness onboard is somewhat preventable through good hygiene practices. Hopefully, this will be even less of a concern in a post-Covid cruise world. And the Miracle just had a dry dock completed Feb/March 2020.

For someone who has 21 cruises under their belt, I would have expected you to add more value to your review. Doesn’t have to be high ratings, but can you share why the food was “bad everywhere”? Also, what “healthy drinks at the alchemy bar” are you referring to? I can’t imagine any healthy drinks at a bar (alcohol or not). Soda water and lime? Why were you unhappy with the cabin, Noise or dirty maybe? We’re Going on the miracle in 6 days and cruisers come on here to research for legitimate reviews. my 2 cents, if this even is a legit review.

Missed ports and bad weather doesn't entitle you to anything from the cruise line. When you sign the cruise papers, it tells you this.

Why would you be posting a review of a cruise that is almost 3 years old? Hopefully you are no longer cruising since you didn’t seem to enjoy much of anything

I am confused?? This was 2 years ago and 3 more Cruises since. You just felt compelled to complain now? Why is Carnival responsible for you getting the flu and missing ports?
