The ports were worth the trip but was not overly impressed with the ship. Seemed older and very compact. Entertainment was not up to the level we had on prior cruises.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
The food was not terrible but not as good as the previous cruise we took.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Did not really use the activity areas - too many people in a small pool space.
Entertainment
3 out of 5
Playlist performers were good. Enjoyed the shows but did not seem to be as much entertainment as compared to our previous cruise. Talent was definitely better on prior cruise.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our dining staff was amazing (Eugene, Mohammad and Melanie). They entertained and engaged in conversation with us. Our room steward (Genjah) was amazing. He discovered that my youngest daughter loved elephants so he left her two towel elephants to enjoy for the week.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The ship was always clean and picked up but the boat layout was confusing. Everything seemed to be jammed in together. Definitely not as nice as our previous cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
The cabin was standard like all others. Only issue we had was the lamp beside the bed did not work. It would come on and then shut itself off. We asked for it to be looked at but it still did not work the entire trip. Made it hard to relax at night and read since we had to get up to turn lights on and off.
Our excursion was okay. The way it was written up made it sound like you would paddle board to where you were snorkeling but it was all in the same area just off the shore. Probably would not recommend or do that one again.
Did not care for the port area - small with everything on top of itself but we only have about 45 minutes to look around. We did an amazing excursion that required a rather lengthy boat shuttle but was well worth the time.
Loved this port. It was beautiful. Our excursion took us out of the port area and was neat to see the different areas on our way. Our excursion with the dolphins was absolutely amazing.
The most beautiful stop of the week. Grand Cayman is amazing. Did not do an excursion. Walked the beach. Only complaint with this so many private areas on the beach and makes it hard to find anywhere to be. All the other areas, food and shops just outside the port area are fun to visit.
It's really important for you to do your research and know what you want before you go there are so many ships and so many ports the choice is yours if you wanted a newer ship with all the bells and whistles then that's what you book .. it's well worth your time so you can have the best vacation... happy cruising
