Don’t usually give a bad review, but this was a special cruise for us. Very disappointed

Was suppose to have priority boarding. Waited 45 min only to be repremanded by person in charge, because we didn’t check in with her. She was no where to be seen when we arrived. Very disorganized

If it wasn’t for our wonderful crew that took care of us at dinner, I don’t know what I would be writing. They made our cruise. Steak house was good, but not very friendly. We arrived early to have a drink at the bar. Hostess was not friendly.

Our wait staff in restaurant were awesome. Never saw our steward. We had a Grand Suite. Had to ask for robes on 3rd day. They were torn, and old. Was my 60th birthday. Thought a balloon or something. Nothing. Was

Disappointed. Horrible old bed. Husband couldn’t get into shower. You needed a step to get in. Saw our steward once. Had to ask for robes, that were old and worn.
True the rough seas and bad weather not the crews fault. As far as your Birthday you have to purchase a balloon or decorations. Carnival doesn't take it upon themselves to celebrate. Did you go to customer service a out the room steward?
