Review summary

Costa Maya was a Port of Call not listed in my choices on this review. We took a cab into town for lunch and felt perfectly safe. They have a lovely port there too. Would like to return.

Of my staff, my steward Rolan was outstanding! Of the waitstaff Camella was the best.

Although "well used," loved having a balcony. Definitely worth the upgrade. We had picked up an illness before the trip and although cabin bound for a good portion of the trip, the cabin was a very comfortable place to be. The mattresses are amazing. Wanted to take it home with me. My steward was so considerate.

Ship tip

Research your Ports of Call ahead of time. Often there are a lot of things to see and do that do not involve excursions.
