We are already shopping for our next cruise! (I'm not sure what else to say...we enjoyed ourselves and want to do it again, but the box requires minimum 150 characters)

Embarkation

Embarkation was more than 2 hours after our appointment time. Previous cruisers were still disembarking(?) after 1 p.m.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Cabin steward Achiraya, RedFrog staff and all others were attentive and polite. Achi was always pleasant and gracious. Sturvin and the young lady from RedFrog were fun and funny and part of the pleasure of visiting RedFrog.

Ship Quality

I used a mobility scooter and some of the transitions/thresholds were steep requiring me to increase speed to ascend, which had me going way too fast once I cleared and caused several near misses with other passengers. Other than that, Miracle was much more accessible than I expected.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Mobility accessible cabin. We were both very pleased with the dimensions of the cabin allowing me to park and charge the mobility scooter and use my walker inside the room. Very pleasant!!

Ship tip

ENJOY!! Take advantage of all opportunities to relax and enjoy!

Took pedicab tour of off port shopping area. Found great joyeria and a pair of opal earrings.

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

We took the Mexican Fiesta excursion to the Dona Estancia Tequila Distillery. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. They were glad to accommodate my walker and were very patient with my slow boarding/de-boarding(?). Dona Estancia was a great tour and the entertainment and lunch were all very delightful. We highly recommend.

Disembarkation

fumes in deck 2 lobby made me nauseous and gave me a headache. fumes were probably from fueling -- smelled like diesel/propane. It seemed to take forever for our group/number to be called.
