Review summary

Our first 7 day cruise, had it not have been for the production staff, the manager at red frog, our trip would have been a disaster. With our room issues, it was just not handled very well. No communication on their part, we had to constantly ask what was going to happen.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Fast and efficient.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Grateful food, sometimes hard to find a seat.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Trivia, charades, games at Red Frog, arcade, miniature golf, it gets crowded. Basketball was always crowded, never had a chance to try it. Pool was fun, water slide no fun, too slow. Cooking demonstration at Nick & Nora's was wonderful.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We never missed a performance. Loved Clue. The production staff was so friendly and nice. Made our trip excellent.

Children's Programs

We keep our kids with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our waiter, Ellen, was fantastic. Our room steward was ok. We have had friendlier.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was clean, some areas get congested. Elevator layout and stairs were great.

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
It flooded the second night. We were withot a room for a night, a day. Finally moved to a room that was short a bed. Made us carry our own luggage to the new small room. It was handled terribly, very disappointed in Carnival.
