Fun cruise, lots to do. More than I had time for. Would be fun for a couple or family with kids. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. So much food!

80's show was great.
Nighttime dancing options were limited to none. One night they had dancing on the Lido deck which was fun until they started to play wedding reception songs like chicken dance :\.
Would like to have the option of shopping in your shops while at port, but understand that may not be an option.
Children's Programs

Times were not usable. Should feed the children while in camps so parents don't have to go back and forth, makes it useless. Closing at 4:00 was also not helpful. Opening at 7:00 to 10:00 was also not helpful since dinner was at 6:00 to about 8:00, didn't leave much time afterwards.
Service and Staff

Dinner staff was amazing. Gavin was extremely helpful and Christian was great at knowing our names and entertaining us. He was also very helpful and a pleasure to have as a server.
Ship Quality

Main common area should have been bigger, large chairs are awkward at night, hard to stand around, should be more open or have stand up tables and chairs or benches along the walls.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cleanliness was good. Melvin was always on top of it. Should change out soap bars half way during the trip.
Cancelled. This was disappointing. As this was one of the major reasons of going on this trip. I understand the circumstances but Encenada is basically California. I would have preferred to stay another night in Cabo if we could have.
Slow, wait. But understand with the amount of people. Would have preferred to be able to go back to the rooms to hang out and wait until your group was called. Maybe disembark by floor so other levels could remain in their rooms and clean out each floor as they go?
Great to hear good review of the Miracle... Doing an 8 day Western Caribbean Cruise November of 2018 with my lovely lady... Will be first time on this ship.. have been on the Pride out of Baltimore twice and looking forward to going on a different ship... 435 days to go.. Watching the calender... 😃😃
