Review summary

I am a platinum member and have sailed many ships and this was the most disappointing of all.

dining room is above engine room

dining wait staff no issues. the girls at desk in dining room clueless and inexperienced. do not know how to manage people at all. maître de useless too. there were continual waits for anytime dining

deck on serenity was uneven and hazardous in need of repair

food was okay

cabin staff excellent

fun shops staff especially olia was excellent as well as the sales

this ship wouldn't be my first choice ever
