Review summary
There are several problems with the ship Miracle. First of all very poorly maintained. Several broken things in the cabin requiring repairs. Overall ship poorly planed. Kids Camp located at. Front end of ship if there is a line to get in it stretches in the hall ways. Dining room partially on the propeller we were vibrating through entire meal ( 2nd deck.) in general crew members very inpatient in answering questions on directions. Although most of the problems were addressed promptly it was always one problem after another. Quality of food and freshness was very poor, with the exception of the Pizza Bar which was still outstanding. Cruise director very low in energy seldom came on intercom to update events, did not feel that any of the crew members hearts were into what they were doing. Poor management of crew reflected in lack of enthusiasm on their behalf . Poor choice overall.
