Review summary

I love cruising with Carnival and have sailed on Magic twice. This was the worst experience ever. I will not sail on Magic again. Staff on this cruise need training on how to be welcoming to passengers oppose to rude and nasty.

I always loved the service received from the staff members. They always make you feel like family. HOWEVER, The staff on this cruise was miserable, Nasty Attitudes, and Rude. We were on a 8 day cruise and our room Steward stated on day 5 she didn't know my husband was in the cabin. She didn't know our names and refused to fill our ice buckets. She told us that we could fill it on the lido deck ourselves. The worst part was the staff member that worked in the Pizza department she yelled at my special needs child and told him he needs to relax because she had a long day. I reported her to Guest Services.

After 95 cruises now with carnival , I have to agree that the staff. The food , and shops have gone down hill a lot !
