Review summary

Cruise was fine agent sucked. They take every payment automatically except the last payment and if you miss it like I did because I was out of the country with no Wi-Fi they cancel your reservation making you to rebook at a higher price, worst rooms and lose your perks. When you have a family vacation for 11 planning on it you rebook. I called the agent Sal twice and he never returned my call. It just seems to me it’s a little unethical to do business like this. I will never use or any of there sister sites again and I will inform my family and friends how they treat you.

I have to admit , that after 81 cruises on Carnival , and over 600 days at sea , most of Carnivals cruise agents or planners don’t have a clue on even the time of day , or even call you back ! I think if their brains were dynamite, they couldn’t. Blow their. Nose !! 👏

You knew well ahead of time your last payment date. Your fault you missed it.

My payments are set up to pay off my cruise 3 months ahead of saildate. I don’t understand how you could have missed a final payment.

Thanks for sharing. Sorry you missed final payment. I always make sure to pay at least a week ahead of time so that you don't get cancelled.

When I have a final payment for a cruise ship I always mark it on my calendar a couple days before the due date Sorry you had this issue but the fact is, it is the cruisers responsibility to make sure payments are made on time

If it were me and I knew I was going out of town. I would've changed the date for my payment to come out of my account so that way u would have the funds come out on that specified day.

While normally I might want to pile on...the same thing happened to me this month. I assumed they would automatically take the final payment and never gave it any thought... but I missed the very small final payment because...wait for it...I was on a Carnival cruise when it was due and don't get internet. My story has a happier ending. My PVP got a supervisor to reinstate everything as it was and we were back to where we started. I'm sorry your PVP wasn't as successful.

Thanks for sharing. You won't get any sympathy on this site for YOUR failure to make payments due to YOUR choice to be out of the country without Internet access. How exactly is that the fault of the cruise line?
