Review summary

Overall the service in rooms and dining. Was great, guest services was no good and photo dept was great. I will not book this cruise again, due to the circumstances and the negatives I took away from it for the cost of the cruise it was not a memorable event. Cheap cruises made alot of promises from the start and did not follow thru on their end as well. I would never use their booking services again.

Seen show only in dining room, really enjoyed the show they put on and dining room service was great for most part.

Room Steward and waiters were great, they gave great service. Guest Services on the other hand needs help with knowing what customer service is.

Did not rec special linens in room or water that was ordered, bed was so hard that I had a hard time sleeping and my back was in pain because of it. Shower did not drain properly. Plus Carnival decided to clean my balcony with pressure cleaning which was a huge inconvenience to me considering I ordered the balcony stateroom. Room steward was awesome and gave great service. I really thought it should be much bigger for the price.

Ship tip

Make sure you pay for everything up front you will save more this way.be , more prepared and don't buy phone package because it was not good for the money. Drink package is way overpriced. Bring extra cash with you for ATM on ship charges alot for cash.
