Overcrowded and downgraded cruise. Staff work is over loaded

After the first island we had to wait by the stairs over an hour, when we arrived back in NY, we did not eat breakfast and left the cruise right away to avoid traffic

The dining rooms are ok, the buffets have the same breakfast options every day. Only 2 days of the 8 days have bacons, buffet at dinner time does not much options. The line for buffet was crazy long.
Onboard Activities

We didn’t do much activities on the cruise. The pool was packed most of the time and the benches was taken during the day time. All the other activities was so dirty and old

I can only give 2 stars out of 5. We used to cruise every year before covid this is not what I expect from the stage

We like our stateroom because we had a Balcony, we stayed in the room most of the time because there is nothing to do on the cruise for us
Ship tip
We would suggest the disembarkation can be better, like all out which section can get off the ship first so people don’t all get out at the same time. Also, for the charge items let the customer know how much. I was at teatime and I surprise the staff ask for my key card to charge tea bag. I have been to all my cruise before covid, no one charge tea bag. I was shock. This ship charge every little things.
