Room steward saw us and told us ahe will only come once a day ,morning or evening. did not come into our suite until the third day to clean. Told her it was my wife's birthday and she did nothing, no towels animals, not even a happy birthday to her...rude...

Went to take a shower the first night and the water came out BROWN and smelled of alge. The water around the boat was bad..tasted of alge. Even the ice cubes smelled of alge.
