Review summary

We enjoyed our time we actually loved the ship not being full. Technology no working to it's Potential is/was a turnoff and that included the Hub app. I pre ordered our excursions and our specialty dinning and non of that shows up on the app and there was no way to even add it.

It was good until the Facial Recognition didn't work and it made for a delay getting aboard ship and a VERY full waiting room.

Specialty Restaurants were excellent (with the exception of Cucina del Capitano having an issue when I said I don't eat Pepper of any kind). Regular dinning was good food was a little inconsistent. Buffet was awesome. All service people were amazing.

Or first time doing the Spa pass assumed with ship size it would be great but it was not up to what Norwegian has. We did watch a Movie on pool deck enjoyed it but shocked to find out you actually charge $2 for a small bag of Popcorn.

This should have been great but again those facial Scanners took a dump just before we got to that area. And the people manning them not being able to look at a passport to let you go was a huge hinderance.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review of the Carnival Magic, I’m sure they will iron out the technical issues with the app, now that cruising is restarting in earnest.
