Review summary

I was given wrong information about on board Credit from the person that booked my cruise. I had to get someone to send money. A/c in room could not be adjusted, from cold to hot we had to keep Balcony door open to be comfortable. Shower water temperature only stays on hot ,could not adjust to anything cooler Tv in room was about ,15 inches Small TV. Billed for 2 large water in room ,that we did not request.

Those large waters are put there for convenience if you opened them yes they are not free. If they were untouched then you could have charge taken off your bill. Problems with A/C should be reported so maintenance can check it out. The shower faucets can be a bit tricky to figure a medium temp. It's all cruise learning curves.

That is weird about having to send money. They let you on the ship without a deposit or linking your account to a credit card? Did you open the water bottles? It's pretty common for hotels to put items in rooms that cost if you use so be careful.

Carnival does leave two large bottles of water in the staterooms, the price appears on the label, $3.95 each. You shouldn't have been charged for them unless they were consumed. Did you ask the room steward for assistance with adjusting the air or the water temperature in the shower? Should've been an easy fix. The WiFi at Pt Canaveral was terrible? Did your phone's network not work?
