We had such a good time on our first cruise that we are ready to book our next one with a group of friends who have also never really looked into cruising for a vacation option.

Food and Dining

We recieved amazing dinner staff at Southern Lights; Putu and Elsa really helped made our friends birthday an amazing experience on the ship. Every night they remembered our drink preferences and were both comical and friendly for the duration of our trip.

Service and Staff

Our room steward was great and was beyond accommodating for us. We also recieved amazing dinner staff at Southern Lights, Putu and Elsa really helped made our friends birthday an amazing experience on the ship. I would also constantly see a server, Jea. Jea was fabulous because she remembered everyone's drink preferences after the first day of being on the ship and was very quick and friendly with service.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The common areas of the ship were always cleaned nearly immediately after someone had occupied a space.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
The size was ideal for two people and after having a balcony room, I can't imagine not getting one. The cleanliness was ideal, our steward was very polite and daily would ask what time we preferred to have our room taken care of - he was beyond accommodating for guests wants.
Ship tip
Pace yourself. There's no rush to do everything at once.
The organization of the port was a little tricky if you didn't take a shuttle bus into the port, but aside from that it was very clean and orderly when you arrived.
I did the VIP Resort Beach excursion, the staff getting us to the resort were funny and I really enjoyed them. However, once you got to the beach there were people who set up stalls in the bushes. So the milisecond you got onto the beach you were ambushed with sales pitches, including inside of rhe resort. To my surprise the resort was also unlimited drinks which was good for quests who knew there alcohol limits, but there were definitely guests that attended who could not handle unlimited alcohol. What went from being a serene beach experience became a frat party really quickly.
I did the 360 Beach Day for 2 excursion. I had read on previous reviews that there were jellyfish in water, but no one said they were Moonlight Jellies. They do not sting, but they were everywhere. The staff at the beach was very pushy, they kept hassling me to get beverages that I didn't want.
