we have been on around 25 cruises. But working with Ed Sai was a blessing. His professionalism, customer service was beyond words. So much until we will be back again. Also, we have referred other to him.
Great Job Ed
Embarkation

All was going well and very fast, then all of a sudden our line stopped for about 30 minutes. My leggs were tired from standing in one spot. While the other side of the port was moving forward. We were told that they were the express people. Next time the express line should not hinder the other lines.

Food and Dining

Main Dinning room us ok, in times pass they made you feel special. This cruise was like the people were programed. they didn't seem happy, but programmed instead. The buffett was much better.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Oh my God, Please revise your onboard activities. There was nothing to do but to sit and watch the people. The shows where ???? Most of the other cruises we went on. WE were up late enjoying our selfies. One thing that really upset me the fact the on Sunday. The big screen TV was blank. and all the football games where on in the Casino. Where it was filled with smoke and very uncomfortable

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was great, size, comfort and cleanliness was great. My wifes complaint was that our room was only cleaned or refreshed once a day. When we returned from a day at port. Once we showered. The room was not serviced again until the next day. On other cruises the room was always refreshed and new towels where replaced.
Ship tip
Overall, it's a great ship. you will enjoy yourself. But if you have ever cruised before, You will see a great change in the food , the service and the overall cruise experience has changed drasticlly.
What a change. Great experience. ???? on another CRuise line they had a service available were you could pay an extra fee to have your bags sent to your final destnation. I think we paid 20 or 30 dollars per bag and didn't touch our bags again until we picked them up at baggage claim at our final airport,
Not all ports allow check through luggage. We have found that sailing the first week in December can be difficult for some of the crew. Years ago we asked why, the answer was that half of the crew ask for the holiday off and maybe a quarter of them get it. Sorry you encountered the problem. Better luck on your next cruise.
