Glad our trip on her was not as bad as yours, the only issue we had was whatever they used on the shower floor made it so slippery that the wife slipped and was in a wheelchair most of the trip (did not charge us for medical visits, tests, or the chair).

I usually get faster to the fun now if I’m not booking a suite; my first couple cruises I was still learning. There seems to be some information missing, like the reason why you gave such a low mark. Embarking has always gone smooth for me, even in Charleston where the check in is in a separate building from security.

We have had 25 cruises been to amazing places all around the world ..meet great people and staff every cruise has been different and awesome if u can’t be happy on vacation u have no hope 🤷‍♀️

I truly cannot understand how someone can call a cruise "not so great".... Maybe you had some bad service but, that's just a little human error, you're still on a cruise ship for crying out loud! Anyway, to each their own. Personally I can overlook a lot of negatives whenever I'm experiencing such an overwhelmingly positive thing like an actual CRUISE!

Your rating for embarkation surprised me. We cruised the Magic in January, and although we've only been on 4 cruises I commented that this was the smoothest embarkation we've ever experienced. Lines kept moving at all times, no waiting, and the next thing I knew we had a drink in our hand on the lido deck!

Sad to hear that the embarkation didn’t meet your expectations. Unfortunately, many of those folks do not work directly for the cruise line but for the port. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your cruise!🛳
