The rocking of the ship got to be a bit much a couple days. I prepared myself so that helped. The staff I first hand felt with I wouldn’t trade. Cloud 9spa was okay but Jeannette I believe her name was did a great job trying to relieve all of my knots possible. Every personnel I came in contact with was amazing except for Pixels.
Pixels was the WORST experience ever. And their lack of care made it worse.

BEST serving staff ever! Team head waiter Mudiantara made sure we never had an issue. Team Waiter Sudarmawan always kept us laughing. Asst. Team Waitress outdid herself. All together the staff made sure we were treated by first name every time, made sure we felt like royalty and always had a smile. Even upon our arrival back we saw them and they made sure to wave. I can’t find one complaint about them.
Onboard Activities

Won the corn hole tournament before sliding down the aft stairs due to oil of some sort. Thankfully I wasn’t hurt too much.

Performers rocked the shows. However I feel the lead singers should have been different as there were others who were flawless.

Natalia Raymond in Red Frog Pub is the sweetest thing. Not often do we have personnel remember our names. We met her on our first day and she never lost her smile and bubbly personality. Not often did we hang in the pub but she never forgot our faces or names. She’s just lovely.
Tris and Nestor our room stewards were over the top amazing! So thoughtful with the animals and never had to complain about the room.
Dining staff I mentioned above Mudiantara, Sudarmawan, and Paireekham worked amazingly together fast efficient and always smiling.
Ship Quality

I didn’t care for the design. Being in the aft it made times difficult when needing to get to the front without being able to take the elevators in the rear. Seemed like a maze. Restrooms were cleaned at all times I visited, however I was unable to use the soap due to being allergic. Good thing I own hand sanitizer and brought
My own soap.
Cabin / Stateroom

First time with a balcony and loved it. Wish the balcony door was able to prop open or slide to make it easier.
We sailed out from here and it was easy, and great. Upon returning we did complain of to the security regarding the port worker throwing passengers luggage, and acting like he’s on drugs. Although Carnival security couldn’t do much at that moment he was looking into settling the issues.
Overall amazing. Had one passenger cause a ruckus. Thankfully Carnival security and local sheriffs handled it extremely professional and with no injuries. Simon made sure to make us laugh and distract the littles during it all.
