Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was bland. Nothing was over the top fabulous

Lobby and Atrium Bar

5 out of 5

As long as TUTY is working, all drinks will be awesome.

Cucina Del Capitano

3 out of 5

Food is not worth what you have to pay. You also have to pay for WATER.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Hot tubs were always full of kids. Water was not super hot. Pools were okay.

Serenity

3 out of 5

Very noisy, eventhough it is supposed to be relaxing.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Comedian was not funny. Showtime theater was not very active

Children's Programs

No children

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Room steward did not do basic cleaning of the room and balcony. Komang in the dining room was amazing. Tuty at the atrium bar was 100x better than any other bartender.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Mostly clean. Could use a deep cleaning.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was a good size. And had a nice layout. The divider on the balcony only opened half way between the connecting rooms

Ship tip

Bring Clorox wipes for your room

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

4 out of 5
Port was not easy to navigate.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
We did a tour of toppers rhum factory and ate at toppers rhum. This was not a carnival excursion but it was great.

Basseterre, St. Kitts

4 out of 5
No excursion. We walked thru some of the shops then got back on the boat.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

4 out of 5
Port was good. Hopped on a bus tour when we got off and then walked thru some shops. Good port overall

Grand Turk Island

5 out of 5
Got off the boat and went straight to the pool at Margaritaville. We rented VIP chairs for $25 each for the entire day. The $25 included a chair, umbrella, and cooler with a built in safe. We also had a waitress that brought our drinks and food poolside.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
Terrible

We have only cruised on Carnival (13 times) . But are open to cruising on other cruiselines.

All the children during a cruise is the reason we avoid a Thanksgiving cruise. Sorry you didn’t have the experience you expected!
