We had an ok time...could've done without the injury and drama in St. Maarten, but overall it was just ok. The cruise line should have a better system for Dinner if the app goes down because it was a nightmare and complete chaos and of course one of the days the app went down was on Thanksgiving.

It was pretty hectic, we had someone with us that needed special assistance and there was a lot of confusion and misinformation on where we needed to go.

The food was good, but there were a couple nights when the Carnival Hub app was not working and there were hundreds of people waiting for hours at a time to get a table. It was a complete nightmare with no order and nobody taking charge.

Our room stewart, Saw was the best part of the ship. She went above and beyond the call of duty and always made sure we were taken care of. The dining staff and other ship personnel were good too.

The layout was ok and the ship was kept fairly clean.

The size of the cabin was decent and our room was always in tip-top condition due to our room stewart, Saw.
We went on the ATV excursion that departed from the Dive Shop right off the beach and had a horrible experience.
My mother-in-law broke her leg, someone else broke their arm and there was another minor injury all on the same excursion. It was a very bad day!
Amazing Port! We did the tour of the island driving the electric hummer excursion. This was AMAZING! The tour guides were very helpful and knowledgeable.
This was a complete disaster! We were stuck waiting in the restaurant for several hours because of back-ups at the port. We had two special assistance passengers with us and we had the worst time trying to get off the ship, get our luggage and get to the shuttle. The cruise line lost one of our bags and charged us $40 to ship it to us once we got home. The porters that helped us with our other luggage try to charge us an arm and a leg and kept pressuring us for more money.
I agree the embarkation porters at ft lauderdale is rude and demanding money I was trying to get the money out my pocket and steady was running his mouth I shouldn’t tipped his rude ass nothing the debarkation porters where nicer
Hope everyone is ok. Did you make it back to the ship on time. I would think with a broken leg in another country it would have been hard to get back to the ship on time
