The food was satisfactory...met our expectations, which were not that high since we are not picky eaters. Plenty of selection...okay quality. But...what we were MOST impressed with was the cleanliness. Carnival shines in this area, in our opinion.

We enjoyed the events we chose to participate in, but some people mentioned that some of the shows were not as good quality so they were very disappointed.

The only reason I took off a star is for the smell of our room. Carnival tried real hard...treated the carpets twice but it didn't help. We had a balcony room on the 6th floor that smelled very, very moldy and musty...nothing helped. I even brought a DampRid basement hanger, in case we ran into any problems...umm, no...nothing worked. 😕
Ship tip
My one piece of advice is not to sweat the small stuff...NO vacation is perfect. For us, some things weren't perfect...but overall, we had a fantastic experience!
