After 68 cruises on carnival and 4 more still. Booked this year , I have found that majority of all workers at the guest services desk are " brain dead " lol

Sorry... Didn't realize the first part would have given me enough area to discuss the issues. We were traveling with a party of 10, 8 of us "didn't exist" on the ship and due to the glitch were unable to purchase anything, use casino, use arcade, or use bottomless bubbles. They kept having to contact the mainland to handle our problem. Cruise began Saturday 7/6 and we didn't fully be able to use our cards until Wednesday. They could see us in their system, they activated our cards then another guest service representative went to another computer and all 8 cards were deactivated.
