Our stateroom steward and dining room staff were great. Everyone we encountered was very nice. We did have issues with our a/c that never got resolved and that was uncomfortable and disappointing.
Ship Quality

The ship is fairly easy to get around. It is always clean. My only complaint was the floor on the lido deck which was very slippery. I almost fell every time I walked on it.
Cabin / Stateroom

I had a balcony cabin. The only issue was the a/c wasn't working so the room was very warm.
Ship tip
Enjoy yourself and don't let the small things ruin your cruise.
There was a lot of rocks and leaves or something in the water. The rocks were dangerous if you weren't careful because they blended in with the sand. The water felt nice though.
We just shopped around the cruise port. There are lots of shops and good deals. They have monkeys you can take a pic with. I understand you should negotiate the price before you take the pic.
Disembarking was easy, but did take awhile. We didn't get off until around 10:30. They kind of had a line snaking around to the exit, but it was easy for people to cut. It would be nice if there were staff or barriers to help. The line moved quickly though.
