Carnival really disappointed me on this one and this is about my 13th one with them

Embarkation

I had completed all the forms necessary to have a smooth process but when I checked in at the airport I was informed they could only check in me but not my husband due to a apnea device he has and was told to have a seat. I told my husband to get the device out Incase they wanted to look at it then asked him if he could find someone that could explain why this was happening. Turns out they just want to know we have it on our carry on due to luggage getting to us late. That could have been handled so much better “ hey do u have your device?? Yes/ no you know it may not get to you until late.... ok here is a waiver that says we have informed you.... enjoy your cruise”. But that’s not how it happened

Cabin smelled like mildew, informed the management, they said they didn’t smell it, after arguing with them they said they could show us another cabin, they did and it was the same level that smelt the same
