I love cruises and I have only ever gone with carnival. This was my 5th cruise and I have to say it was the worst so far. The boat rocked the whole week it was just a different experience.
I have already booked another cruise in February on the Horizon so I am hoping this one is better.

He was very disorangized,they had everyone waiting in a small lobby and the elevators were opening and people getting off and pushing there way through in front of the people who had been waiting! thye had to let all the shore excursion people off first which they should have gone through a different location

the waiters in the casino were amazing, the housekeepers were not familiar with thing not talkive at all, the waiters in the dinning room were very rushed and didn't have time to hang out and talk much so I didn't learn a lot about them.

the room was clean, we had a king and the bed split was not covered so we kept falling in the crack which was very uncomfortable and we had to strip the bed so that they would change the sheets only once during the whole 7 nights.
Ship tip
floors very slippery,no matter what type of shoes you had on
we had medical emergency and were unable to attend,which I they should have chosen another port for us or something maybe on the way back 3days on the seacan be a bit boring and more expensive
This was horrible,hot on the 3rd floor lobby is small and everyone had to go out this way the elevators kept opening and people would get off and push there way through no consideration for the people who had been waiting.we had to wait for all of the shore excursion people to get off first
