We had fun on our cruise and made the Best of everything. I will cruise again with Carnival just not on the Carnival Magic.

Main dinning took 2 to 2.5 hours to eat. I think that’s way to long. They are way under staffed. The Buffet bar’s were ok.

The pools were very small. There was so many people in them, you could never find a spot to get in.

The performers were ok, I didn’t like that every show had the same ones over and over.

Waiters did what they could I suppose, there just wasn’t enough of them to keep up with how many was in the dinning room. Room Stewards was just ok. Our cabin was dirty when we got on board, the floor hadn’t been vacuumed, our bed sheets had hair in them (and not just a few) we found a empty cigarette box beside the refrigerator. One day when they came in to clean the room we came back and there was an envelope on the table between the beds that wasn’t ours with someone else name on it, it looked as if he had found it under the bed and just forgot to take it with him. He never called us by our names, never asked us each day if we needed anything. When we called guest services they were rude and barely gave us the time to get out the reason for us calling.

The ship was cleaned ok, not like the other ship I had been on. The one that stood out to me was hand santinzer station’s wasn’t as visible as I thought they should be. Like on another cruise line I was on the had staff that stood in front of the restaurant’s and buffet’s and even the elevators and offered hand sanitizer which I thought was pretty cool.

Get to know Marc Q (the cruise director) he’s Awesome!!
So Hot! No Beach! We were fooled into a limousine ride with Air Condition and Cold Water and a tour of the city. Now the tour of the city was right on and good, but I promise it was cooler Outside than it was in the limousine!!! We were miserable on that ride!
Was on the same sailing. It was the best service, food and overall experience we've had. We're booked on her again in June and can't wait. Our new favorite ship.
