Loved the staff. Very hospitable. Loved that they knew my child's name. From the hostess Criselda, to the room manager Lauro and even the waiter Ovlario who cut my child's steak when the dinner arrived. Awesome service.

Ship tip

Familiarize yourself with the activities on board. Many things to do on board so it's hard to be in two places at once. Also, depositing money into your account eliminates your card from being blocked. Issues with my bank were not expected.
