Review summary

Nice, clean and friendly staffed ship. This was our second time on Magic and it's one of our favorite ships. Food was so, so except for Guys, Mongolian, BBQ, Cucina and the Steakhouse! The were all exceptional! Entertainment is pretty much the same across all ships. Wish they would shake it up a bit!

Embarkation

It wouls have been a 5 but the embarkation process was delayed bout an hour due to the Coast Guard, They were doing some sort of drill and no one could board abd the staff was not allowed to do what they needed to do either. We had faster to the fun and because of the drill our room was not ready when we finally got on board.

Our room steward Li Ni was awesome. She apologized to us right off the bat about our room not being ready and was upbeat and sincere each and every time we ran into her. I don't believe we ran into anyone that was not friendly or outgoing, even when we witnessed someone being rude. Especially with embarkation running late some people just have no patience or understanding!

exetremely fast and effiecent. Our cruise director had to make several announcements asking for people to stop coming down to three until they were called!
