We had the BEST wait staff ever. Francisco, Nyoman, and Ketut we're awesome. They made us laugh and made made us feel comfortable the entire trip. My sisters have celiac and with Francisco we never had to worry about them being contaminated.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean. It was in pretty good condition except for a couple spots in the carpet. The worst thing about the ship was the casino with the smoking. The casino was in the middle of the ship so you had to walk through it to get from one side to the other. The smell was horrible. You could smell the smoke in the lobby on the 3rd floor. You could smell it in the ocean plaza so we couldn't sit and play cards.

Our room was great! The bedding was super soft and comfy. We loved our balcony!
Ship tip
Make sure you catch the shows, they were awesome! Take time to listen to the violin trio in the main lobby. We loved them.
