Worst ever! Exact word “you are lucky we could even let you sleep somewhere else, you could have had to wait in your cabin” that was being doused in water from a malfunctioning sprinkler

Our steward was AMAZING totally 5 star but we had a problem (sprinkler broke in our cabin) and guest services where the worst ever. The ship smelled and no one EXCEPT our steward was even helpful with our wet cabin. So disappointed in Carnival

The ship smelled moldy and they had fans in most hallways, guess that is why it smelled moldy

Ship tip

There are lots of places to eat for lunch but they are all closed for dinner. Dinning room and one buffet are all you get unless you pay for specialty so don’t plan on a burger, burrito or bbq for dinner.

Magic is my favorite ship. Never had a single issue. Booked for the third time next year. Don't give up on this fabulous ship.

I’m booked on the Magic in 2020 for my 50th Anniversary. Please elaborate on what you were not impressed with, as I’ve read nothing but excellent reviews on this ship. I have 25+ family members planning to book, also.
